Multiple calls were received by Antioch dispatch around 7 p.m. of an adult male running through parking lots while carrying two naked toddlers, and a second round of calls said he was running on Route 173 before police confronted him at the Best Western Plus Hotel, located at 350 W. Route 173, Sgt. Geoff Guttschow of the Antioch Police Department said in a statement late Friday night.

Guttschow added there was a brief confrontation before the was taken into custody.
