Atresmedia will pay its shareholders a dividend of 0.18 euros gross per share on December 13 based on the results for the 2023 financial year, as the company reported this Thursday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Specifically, the company's board of directors has agreed to distribute the amount of 0.18 euros gross for each of the 225,732,800 shares of 0.75 euros par value representing the share capital of Atresmedia Corporación, of which 554,376 They are own shares, so the economic rights inherent to them have been attributed proportionally to the rest of the shares.

As reflected in the calendar set by the company, the last trading date on which the shares will be exchanged with the right to receive the dividend will be December 8, while the 'ex-date' date, from which the shares They will be traded without the right to dividend, it will be on December 11.

Likewise, the 'record date', on which it will be determined who has the right to receive it, will be December 12, while the payment will be made through Iberclear and Banco Santander will act as the paying entity.

The company has detailed that when the interim dividend is settled, the withholdings established by the applicable tax regulations will be applied.
