Enaire allocates around 5 million to improve the efficiency of its voice communications systems

MADRID, 11 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The governing board of Enaire has approved an investment of 4.89 million euros to improve the tools and applications for the technical exploitation tasks of its voice communications systems, a project that has been awarded to Amper Sistemas with an execution period of 36 months.

The investment involves the incorporation of 76 new multiprotocol test equipment (ETM) and the updating of another 54, all of them with the necessary licenses and software packages.

The air traffic control units (route control centers, terminal area control centers and control towers) and the Enaira experimentation and development center (CED) will have the update and new Multiprotocol Test equipment, which will allow perform tests with a single device of all the protocols used in voice communications.

This equipment is also used in the verification of new versions and communications functionalities on the models in the Enaire experimentation and development center, as well as in verification activities of the operational integration, exploitation and maintenance phases of the systems.
