The company specialized in renewable energies Holaluz plans to sign this week loans of around 15 million euros and an equity line of up to six million, it reported in a communication to BME Growth this Monday.

According to 'El Confidencial', Holaluz needs these funds to face its liquidity problems: the company assured in January that it plans to meet its normalized Ebitda forecasts for the year 2023 with 3 million euros.

Holaluz has maintained that it has "everything prepared" to close a loan of 10 million with the Institut Català de Finances (ICF), one of 3 million with Avançsa, a convertible loan with several 'family offices' of about 2 million, and a 'equity line' of up to 6 million.
