On February 6 and 7, representatives of organizations from seven EU countries participating in the third phase of the 'Learn Addiction' project met in Madrid

Madrid, February 14, 2024.- During the first phase of the project (November 2019 - October 2021), the e-learning platform www.learnaddiction.eu was developed for addiction professionals in Europe, which includes four modules: addictions without substance, addictions in young people, the gender perspective in addictions, and European quality standards in drug addiction prevention. During the second phase of the project, a new e-learning module on ChemSex was developed, which will publish very soon on the platform www.learnaddiction.eu. In this third phase of the 'Learn Addiction' project (October 2023 - March 2026), the seven participating organizations will develop a new e-learning module on Harm Reduction. During the meeting in Madrid, the seven participating organizations in the third phase of the 'Learn Addiction' project, have established the guidelines for the development of this new e-learning module on Harm Reduction. Once the first development of the module is completed, it will be published in Beta version so that any addiction professional can test it and send their comments. Based on the feedback collected, we will implement the necessary improvements before publishing the final version in February 2026. This third phase of the 'Learn Addiction' project is an initiative of UNAD -The Addiction Care Network- in collaboration with: UTRIP (Slovenia), DIANOVA (Portugal), SANANIM (Czech Republic), RHRN (Romania), FedaBXL (Belgium), and NOTDIENST (Germany).
