Madrid, March 19, 2024.- G-SHOCK has announced the launch of new shock-resistant watches. The three new GMA-P2100 compact models bring vibrant monochrome colors to the 2100 line, known for its iconic octagonal bezel.
In recent years, Casio has been downsizing popular G-SHOCK watches to develop a more extensive line of compact models for all wrist sizes.
The new GMA-P2100 watches feature the octagonal bezel and minimalist dial design that the 2100 line is known for, but in vibrant colors and a shock-resistant profile that is smaller and more comfortable to wear.
The case of the new watches is 2.7 mm narrower, making it 94% the size of the GMA-S2100 models. The strap length has also been reduced by around 10mm to improve the fit for smaller wrists. The watches are available in vibrant monochromatic color schemes such as turquoise blue, bright pink and white. Light and dark shades of the same color are used for different components, including the dial, indices and hands, to give the stylized dial a look that combines depth and dimension, and is easy to read. In addition, both the bezel and the strap are made of biodegradable resin of plant origin, a material that is expected to contribute to reducing environmental impact.
This new TONE-ON-TONE collection is accompanied by a new launch of new monochromatic GA-2100 models in three different colors: White, turquoise blue and lime green.
