Housed in the restored Hotel Palazzo Cordusio by Gran Melia, formerly Palazzo Venezia, situated just a few meters from Piazza del Duomo, these openings add to Milan's vibrant culinary scene, further consolidating SHG's presence in Europe. SACHI, currently operating in London, will offer different experiences such as an Omakase counter, restaurant area and also the SACHI Garden, a spacious outdoor terrace with captivating panoramic views of the vibrant city. Led by acclaimed chef Moon Kyung Soo, whose impressive career spans renowned establishments such as SUSHISAMBA Dubai and Attiko, SACHI promises to take diners on a captivating journey through the diverse and exquisite flavors of Japan.
Following its successful operations in Dubai and Bodrum, and its upcoming launch in Marbella and Morocco, Isola Ristorante, the popular Italian restaurant by Chef Francesco Bagnato, will offer an incredible dining experience in Milan. The restaurant will feature Mediterranean-inspired interiors, a bar area and a spacious outdoor terrace with a menu inspired by the southern Italian islands such as Sicily, Sardinia and Capri.
