Madrid, July 17, 2023.- DONTE GROUP, the leading oral care group in Spain, and all its brands has entered 338.5 million euros during 2022, 21% more than in the previous year, where it registered 278.5 millions of euros. This figure corresponds to the launch of DONTE GROUP in September 2022 and the expansion plan implemented during that year, which included the opening of 38 new clinics -31 Vitaldent centers, 3 Moonz clinics, 2 flagship Smysecret and 2 MAEX centers - distributed throughout the Spanish territory, reaching a total of 392 throughout the country as of December 31, 2022.

Regarding the number of patients, in 2022 DONTE GROUP, through its four brands, attended 582,836 patients. Thus, the group accumulates, in its 33 years of activity, 8.5 million patients. Clearly, this positive trend in the number of patients reflects society's recognition of the differential value proposition of its different brands.

In its commitment to innovation and technology, the group has opted for the renewal of equipment and the incorporation of the latest dental equipment and the digital flow. In addition, it has allocated close to 4 million euros to improvements in facilities and relocations of clinics to more strategic enclaves.

Group forecasts in 2023

During the first five months, DONTE GROUP has incorporated, through openings or acquisitions, 12 new centers: 8 Vitaldent clinics (Alcobendas-Chopera, Bravo Murillo, Santa Pola, Yecla, Águilas, Ubrique, Galapagar and Villaverde) and 2 Moonz centers (in San Sebastián and Las Rozas-Madrid) and 2 MAEX clinics (Ferrol and A Coruña). For the next seven months, the forecast is to open 5 more Vitaldent clinics, undertake the transfer of our Moonz center in London, continue adding reference professionals to our MAEX dental specialization brand (the forecast is to add 5 new clinics to the current ones of Malaga, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña and Ferrol). In relation to Smysecret, the company will maintain the 3 Smysecret flagships and will continue to increase the capillarity of the more than 145 Smy spaces included in the Vitaldent clinics.

In the company we also continue to consider new opportunities for international expansion in order to expand our presence in new markets", he adds.

In the State of Non-Financial Information (EINF) report, DONTE GROUP has presented a series of actions that it will implement in order to contribute to health care and have a positive impact on the communities with which it interacts, based on the SDGs of United Nations. Among the main innovations are the commitment to allocate a percentage of their annual turnover to projects of non-profit entities with which they share their vision, greater detail in the structure of corporate governance and sustainability governance, the growing dialogue with interest groups and the implementation of a strategic plan and its corresponding lines of action, among others.

Within its non-financial report, marked by ESG (People, Planet and Good Governance) parameters, DONTE GROUP has focused its strategy especially on the social sphere, developing new lines of business to help sectors of society that do not have the possibility of accessing oral health, as well as to reinforce its already implemented strategy of "democratization" of oral health.

The EINF has been prepared following the GRI criteria and including the indicators of the Materiality Matrix.
