This award highlights the center's dedication to transparency in its management and services, evidenced by the voluntary publication of all its relevant information, including Social Services and Health inspection records, over the last eight years on the Inforesidencias.com portal. Founder of the residence search portal, Josep de Martí, personally delivered the certificate at the Residencial Palau facilities, which include a residence, day center, and apartments for seniors. The recipients of the certificate were the deputy director Beatriz Cáceres and the general director José Luis Monserrat. The Inforesidencias.com evaluation system is based on the information and documentation provided by the centers, reflected in its Transparency Index.
