Texas is home to four of the least healthy cities in the U.S., according to a new list from WalletHub.

And the Lone Star State's best-scoring cities couldn't crack the top 20.

WalletHub analyzed 150 of the country's most populated cities and looked at 34 indicators of good health, including what the average cost of a doctor's visit is, the amount of fruit and vegetable consumption and the number of fitness clubs per capita, according to the financial advise site.

San Antonio did not rank above 80th place in the four primary categories considered: health care, food, fitness and green space.

In total, the Alamo City had a complete score of 37.34, compared to San Francisco, the most healthy city in the U.S., which has a score of 68.06. Cities could have scored up to 100 points, according to the list.
