Skipping a $15 toll at the Holland Tunnel apparently is going to cost a Long Island man a lot more.

Francisco X. Fritsch, 31,of Bethpage, New York, was stopped on the New Jersey side of the tunnel early Wednesday morning after Port Authority police saw him go through the toll without paying, PAPD spokesman Joe Pentangelo said.

Fritsch did not have an EZPass transponder, but police did find crack cocaine, suspected heroin, and a spoon and a pipe with suspected narcotics residue on the floor of his 2008 Nissan Sentra, Pentangelo said.

They also found that Fritsch had 123 unresolved toll violations and owed $7,973 in tolls and fees, and two warrants from Newark.

The 31-year-old was charged with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of service, bail-jumping and drugs in a motor vehicle, Pentangelo said, noting that his car was impounded.
