Islamic State: Terrorist suspect arrested in Karlsruhe

The police arrested a man in Karlsruhe who planned an attack re and supported terrorist militia "Islamic State" (IS). The 29-year-old Dasbar W. was urgently suspicious of having prepared a serious crime committed by State, general attorney. The man was arrested in Karlsruhe.

According to first findings of investigators, he was considering using a vehicle to make an attack on stands around ice surface at Karlsruhe Castle Square. According to information of Mirror, W. was classified as Islamist endanger. According to this, state office Baden-Württemberg has been closely monitoring him for months. The arrest comes almost one year after assassination of Christmas market at Berliner Breitscheidplatz. Also Tunisian Anis Amri, who perpetrated attack, was classified as endangered and was observed by authorities.

The now arrested W. is to have supported is in several cases and also been a member of terrorist militia. As early as 2015 he was to create propaganda videos for terror militia of IS and spread it on internet. The man is to be brought to investigating magistrate of Federal court on Thursday. The special forces of police have already searched apartment of terrorist suspect. In a chat group, according to general attorney, he has motivated ors "in sense of ideology of terrorist organization."

In years 2015 and 2016 The man should have travelled to Iraq and joined IS. He had been trained in firearms and spied out possible targets for militia in Iraqi city of Erbil.
