The Bangor boys and Southern Lehigh girls both completed unbeaten runs through the Colonial League basketball slate and defended their conference titles on Friday night at Easton Area Middle School.

The Slaters downed the Southern Lehigh boys, and the Spartans girls dispatched Notre Dame.
