If you're struggling to find that perfect way to say "I love you" to your significant other who happens to be a huge Blackhawks fan, the team is offering an assist. 

In what has become an annual tradition, the Hawks on Tuesday released their set of Valentine's Day cards featuring the players.

Among the 18 punny offerings, some are more on the obvious side, such as "Don't Panik I'm yours" for forward Richard Panik or "You Rasmussen't ever leave me" for forward Dennis Rasmussen.

Others took a lot more creativity. Cases in point: "Let's sail the 7 Seabs together, Valentine" for defenseman Brent Seabrook and "You'll Hjal-ways be my baby" for defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson.

Still others cleverly take advantage of players' nicknames. Perhaps the most appropriate is "We go together like bread & butter" for forward Artemi Panarin, whose nickname is "Breadman."

In some cases, the team thought it best to keep it straightforward. In other words, it's not not so simple to turn a cutesy phrase with names such as Andrew Desjardins or Marcus Kruger.
