NBA Trade Rumors: Carmelo Anthony, Paul George and Jahlil Okafor latest from NBA All-Star game

The NBA trade deadline is on Feb. 23, and with the entire league on All-Star break, deals are heating up.

Here are all of the latest NBA trade rumors:

Indiana Pacers: The Pacers already have one of the best players in the league in forward Paul George, but that hasn't made them a true championship contender, as they are just 29-28.

To help the team -- and help them keep Paul George -- the Pacers are reportedly willing to trade their first-round pick in 2017.

Per ESPN:

In an attempt to secure help for All-Star forward Paul George, the Indiana Pacers have made their 2017 first-round pick available in a trade, league sources said. In what is considered to be a deep draft, the Pacers are hoping that such an asset would translate to the addition of either an established wing or established frontline player, according to sources.

Anthony to Celtics?

Carmelo Anthony: The chances of the Knicks finding a trade they like for forward Carmelo Anthony seem slim at this point, and Anthony himself as said he thinks he will be with the team past the trade deadline.

Jason Keidel of CBS Sports writes, however, that the Knicks should do Anthony a favor -- and trade him for pennies on the dollar.

..the club has made it clear, in their uniquely overt and obnoxious way, they are willing to trade their All-Star scorer. For a price. At first it was a price no one wanted to pay. Then they shaved their demands. And now the Knicks have such a stench of desperation that no one seems interested in dealing for Anthony for anything more than scraps. If scraps are what it takes, then make it so.

Jahlil Okafor: Like Anthony, Sixers forward Jahlil Okafor has been on the trading block the past month, but no deal appears to be in sight.

Speaking at NBA All-Star Media Day, Okafor was asked about the chances he could get dealt to the very team in which the All-Star game is being played -- the New Orlean Pelicans.

Per the Philadelphia Inquirer:

"I really don't know what's going to happen," said Okafor. "Honestly, I checked the city out, because it is in the back of my head. But I'm trying to do my best to enjoy this weekend."

Jimmy Butler: The Chicago Bulls' season is falling apart at the seams, and because of it, there are rumors swirling that they might be willing to trade All-Star forward Jimmy Butler.

Asked about the chances, Butler didn't exactly beg to stay in Chicago, per USA Today:

"I'm just here to play basketball to the best of my ability," Butler said. "If I'm here, I'm here."

Pistons ready to deal?: While many of the big-name players on the trade block are in wait-and-see mode, there is one deal that could be close to going down between the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic are close to completing a deal.

Here are the details, per ESPN:

The Detroit Pistons have discussed a trade with the Orlando Magic that would send point guard Reggie Jackson to the Magic in exchange for a package headlined by D.J. Augustin and Jeff Green, according to league sources. While it's not yet clear whether these talks will progress past the discussion phase, sources told ESPN.com that the Pistons have continued
