SAN ANTONIO — The smoke from a large structure fire on the East Side can be seen from miles away as at least 15 units respond to the scene, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

Units were first called to the scene shortly after 1 p.m. in the 3700 block of Roland Ave, according to SAFD's live fire tool.
