Man allegedly exposes himself to troopers, floods cell

A drunken man who wouldn't leave a Lehigh County home is facing more serious charges due to his behavior while at the county's central booking center, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Troopers from the Fogelsville barracks were called to an Upper Milford Township home the morning of Jan. 30 for someone refusing to leave, but Kyle Wenner allegedly fled before they got there.

Troopers found Wenner at his Emmaus home, and he appeared intoxicated, state police said. Wenner was arrested and taken to the county's central booking center.

While there, Wenner kicked the holding cell door, screamed and threatened staff, according to troopers. Wenner exposed his genitals through the holding cell door, and then flooded the cell, authorities said.

Once he was placed in a dry cell, the 28-year-old Wenner repeatedly urinated on the floor, and then removed his clothing and blocked the cell window, troopers said.

Concerned Wenner would harm himself, troopers said they removed his clothing.

Wenner is facing charges including DUI, indecent exposure and institutional vandalism stemming from the incident, troopers said.

Wenner is also awaiting a preliminary hearing for an unrelated DUI charge from Jan. 12, court records show.
