The ban on immigration proposed by Donald Trump had tipped a judge in Hawaii. The US government is now trying to bring the case to a court of appeal.

Donald Trump still has no entry ban. After last week, a Hawaiian district judge also stopped recent version of entry ban for citizens from predominantly Muslim countries, US government has announced that it will draw a court of appeal.

The third version of US ban on entry should, in addition to Bürgernaus Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen, also deny residents of Chad, North Korea and government representatives from Venezuela entry to United States.

The judge Derrick Watson had declared in 50 U.S. state of Hawaii a few hours before entry into force of ban, executive order of President suffers from same shortcomings as previous arrangement – y against people on account of ir nationality.

In response to repeated stop of ban on entry, White House had declared that judge's decision would counter Trump's efforts to increase security for Americans.
