The mobility company Avanza has accumulated sales of more than 70,000 bus tickets since June 15, when the Government launched an initiative to offer a 90% discount to young people between the ages of 18 and 30 until September 15.

In parallel, the bus company launched an additional 10% discount so that young people could travel for free in certain destinations, managing to sell 1,500 tickets a day.

These discounts apply to young Spaniards who were born between 1993 and 2005 and who want to travel both with a single one-way trip and a round trip to any destination offered by the transport companies.

The destinations most in demand so far in Avanza are Vigo, Playas de Levante, Extremadura, Salamanca, Zamora and Segovia.

The company reminds us that free four-month vouchers are available to other users until December 31, 2023, an initiative also launched by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
