Health Canada has issued a recall warning for various Harmony Play brand cribs and changing tables

The company reported that approximately 84,000 units of the affected product were sold in Canada between March 2020 and July 2022.

Do not use the bassinet without the structural rungs, stop following the changing table instructions and contact Harmony for instructions on how to adjust these accessories for continued use.

According to Health Canada, if the crib's structural support bars are not in place or fully assembled, it can create an uneven sleeping surface and risk of injury, or even death from suffocation.

Consumers are advised not to use these bassinets without the structural support bars properly in place. They can also contact Harmony to receive a free kit to eliminate the possibility of removing the support bars.

Health Canada has also asked Canadians to report any health or safety incidents after using this product.
