MADRID, 25 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Deria, Ponder Trade and Ralledor Holding Spain, significant shareholders of Grifols, have corrected the incidents of "reduced relevance" found by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in the investigation carried out on the hemoderivatives firm after the bearish fund attacks Gotham City Investigation, which has not yet concluded.

Specifically, the supervisor explained last Thursday, March 21, that he had found "three incidents of reduced relevance related to lack of communication of significant holdings in Grifols, corresponding to three of its significant shareholders," as recorded in the company's records. CNMV consulted by Europa Press.

The CNMV specified in its analysis that these incidents "do not affect the declared percentages, but rather the need for additional notification by natural persons who, without having the status of shareholders, decide the direction of voting of said shares."

Once the incidents were resolved, the supervisory body explained in statements to Europa Press that it was not that the shares were not communicated, but rather that the people were missing, that is, "it does not mean that they control or own those vehicles, but they do represent those entities."

For this reason, the supervisor required the obligated subjects, on March 21, to correct said incidents "in the coming days", referring to Nuria Grifols Roura (Deria), Enrique Grifols Roura (Deria), Santiago Grifols Gras ( Ponder Trade) and Jordi Fábregas Huguet (Ralledor Holding Spain).

Thus, Nuria Grifols Roura is only the joint and several CEO of Deria and does not control said company, for the purposes of the provisions of the Securities Markets and Investment Services Law, like Enrique Grifols Roura.

Santiago Grifols Gras is the CEO of Ponder Trade and does not control this company, while Jordi Fábregas Huguet is the sole director of Ralledor Holding Spain, who does not control the company either.

All in all, Deria controls 9.195% of Grifols' capital; Ponder Trade, 7.089%, and Ralledor Holding Spain, 6.154%.

Grifols shares rose 2.25% this Monday on the stock market around 4:00 p.m., until its shares were exchanged at a price of 8.092 euros per share.
