It will increase its box by 26 million euros

Ence has estimated that the application of the new regulatory energy prices to the remuneration parameters of the group plants will mean a lower net result attributable to the company of approximately 52 million euros for the current year, as notified this Monday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

In this sense, the company has explained that this result "will be offset during the rest of the regulatory life of the plants by an improvement in the net result attributable to the company".

Ence has also foreseen that the application of these new regulatory prices will mean, during this financial year, a greater generation of cash of approximately 26 million euros.

It was at the end of June when Royal Decree-Law 5/2023 and the Ministerial Order updating the regulatory price of energy and the remuneration parameters applicable to the group's renewable energy generation plants in the regulatory semi-period were published. between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2025.

Specifically, these regulations set the regulatory prices for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 at 109.31 euros per megawatt/hour (MWh), 108.86 euros/MWh and 89.37 euros/MWh respectively, compared to 207, 88 euros/MWh, 129.66 euros/MWh and 78.19 euros/MWh that were published in the proposed order of December 28, 2022, "which has been rendered ineffective," Ence has detailed.

Finally, the company plans to publish its accounts for the first half of 2023 on July 27 in accordance with said update of regulatory prices.
