Once For All buys Nalanda Global and expands in Spain

MADRID, 4 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Once For All, a European company dedicated to sustainable supply chain risk and compliance solutions for the construction sector, has purchased Nalanda Global, a Spanish supply chain risk management and compliance software platform.

Private equity firm GTCR acquired Once For All in 2023, while PSG Equity fund took a majority stake in Nalanda in 2021. As part of the deal, which is expected to close in the coming weeks, PSG funds will retain a minority stake in the combined business.

The operation involves expanding Once For All's European presence in Spain and improving the offering of its technological platform, providing economies of scale and providing a broader set of products to its customer base.

Like Once For All, Nalanda follows a SaaS (Software as a Service) management model that helps contractors and companies in various sectors manage the regulatory compliance of subcontractors in their supply chain.

Nalanda also brings occupational health and safety solutions to Once For All's product portfolio. His solutions are used by large companies in various sectors related to engineering such as construction and facilities management.

Founded in 2000 by a group of Spanish construction companies, Nalanda has its headquarters in Madrid (Spain) and its international presence in more than 10 countries in Europe and Latin America. With a network of more than 1,000 contractors and 45,000 subcontractors as of December 2023, the company has one of the largest digital communities of suppliers worldwide.
