The Ibex 35 was trading in the mid-session with an advance of 0.48%, which took it to 11,044.1 integers, on a day marked by the publication of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) advanced in Spain.

At the beginning of this Wednesday's session, it was known that the CPI rose 0.8% in March compared to the previous month and raised its interannual rate four tenths, up to 3.2%, due to the rise in electricity and fuel prices. , according to data released this Wednesday by the National Institute of Statistics (INE), which highlights that, on the contrary, food prices rose less in March than in the same month of 2023.

The main European stock markets were trading positively at midday, with increases of 0.37% in Frankfurt, 0.12% in Paris and 0.09% in Milan. Only London fell 0.31%.

In the raw materials market, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 0.77%, to $85.59, while that of Texas stood at $81.04. , 0.71% less.

In the foreign exchange market, the price of the euro against the dollar advanced to 1.0833 'greenbacks', while in the debt market the interest required on the 10-year Spanish bond climbed to 3.152% with the premium of risk of 82.8 basis points.
