Cooltra, the company specialized in sustainable mobility on two wheels, has managed to improve the efficiency of its B2B marketing and sales team thanks to Ringover's cloud telephony solution. Furthermore, with the implementation of this tool, the company has also managed to implement more effective techniques for training teams, as well as obtain data and metrics that allow them to improve business performance in general terms. Specifically, Cooltra has incorporated Ringover solutions into its business area for companies (B2B) and has done so in four of the seven markets in which it operates: Spain, France, Germany and Italy. These are teams of between two and five people who, thanks to these tools, have gone from using traditional telephone systems, which forced them to invest too much time in tasks that add little value to the business, to a cloud telephone system that allows us to be more agile and efficient. Since this implementation, which took place in May 2023, the Cooltra sales team has made more than 15,000 contacts in 370 hours of phone calls. Ringover has allowed them to store and organize the information obtained in each communication, as well as obtain qualitative metrics that help them be more effective. In fact, Ringover's cloud phone system has allowed Cooltra to automate the registration process in the CRM, giving those responsible full visibility over the number of calls made, their duration or the conversion rate. On the other hand, agents no longer have to spend time manually recording the call in the CRM. Which translates into greater productivity and better user service. The cloud system has also made it easier to review calls made live or afterwards, with a view to detecting areas for improvement in user service. This has been possible thanks to the recording and storage system that the Ringover solution incorporates, and which is always activated after informing the client that it can be recorded. These records have also helped them carry out training more effectively and facilitate the onboarding of new salespeople.
