- Green and smart: Zoomlion exhibits new aerial platforms, earthmoving products and forklifts at bauma 2022

Zoomlion exhibits a wide range of high-end machinery products including earthmoving, lifting, concrete, aerial work and industrial vehicles.
Flagship aerial work platform (AWP) products include scissor, straight arm and crank models. The ZA16JERT-Li and ZA20JERT-Li lithium-ion self-propelled all-terrain crane jib AWPs make their bauma debut. With an AC motor drive, they can adapt to various working conditions, achieving low noise and emission-free operation.
Two electric straight-arm AWPs, ZT22JE and ZT26JE, are presented at bauma 2022. Equipped with a 80V lithium battery specifically designed for indoor application, both models have a double load capacity of 300/450 kg, rotary table continuous 360 degrees, four-wheel drive and a 45% (24°) incline for quiet, emission-free and efficient performance.
From the earthmoving sector, five excavator products developed for the high-end European market are on display. Three of them (ZE18GU, ZE26GU and ZE35GU) are small-tonnage excavators featuring a tailless design and customized load-sensing hydraulics, which can improve maneuverability and reliability while enabling automatic fault diagnosis and convenient maintenance.
The ZE210GLC is a 21-tonne excavator that stands out for its comfort, control and a car-level maintenance experience. It reduces fuel consumption by 10 percent through customized low-RPM large-displacement positive-flow electronic control technologies, and can also be equipped with a 2D/3D intelligent guidance system, electronic fence, voice recognition for improve operational efficiency. The ZS090V skid steer loader has a vertical lifting device with 10 percent higher load capacity than a circular lifting device, and its modular design allows the loader to carry more than 200 kinds of functional tools to complete multiple tasks.
Zoomlion is also introducing new smart and eco-friendly forklift trucks, such as the FB25H and FB35S lithium-ion models. Both are equipped with electric AC traction control and electric AC pump control, and the motors are equipped with temperature and speed sensors to realize autonomous protection and maintenance. Its regenerative braking function can recover 25 percent of the energy when braking, which considerably extends battery life.
Digitization is Zoomlion's top priority
Zoomlion has placed digitization as one of its priorities and at bauma 2022 the company is showcasing its intelligent remote management platform for aerial work and earthmoving machines. The tailor-made intelligent platform for rental monitoring and management can quickly complete tasks such as equipment positioning/monitoring, fault diagnosis, locking/unlocking, etc., while helping customers to manage the rental contracts and payments and get information about equipment in real time remotely.
