Barcelona, February 28, 2024.- Thanks to its new 360º approach to people management and after successfully completing 4 acquisition operations, the company closed 2023 with a historic turnover, reaching €27.6M, a 27% higher than the previous year. In addition, it managed to improve its financial solvency, obtaining an EBITDA of €5M, with a notable progression of 52% compared to the previous year. These good results consolidate its positioning in the Spanish market as one of the leading companies in the HCM Cloud Provider segment, SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms for human capital management. Although the technology sector continues to go through some turbulence, Grupo Castilla attributes this success to an innovative and unique proposal in the market that combines knowledge and technology services. The synergies derived from the latest acquisitions have allowed the development of a new business area called Talent Services, based on knowledge and fully complementary to technology which, in 2023 alone, contributed an additional turnover of €3.3M. Carles Castilla, CEO of Grupo Castilla, highlighted today within the framework of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (MWC24): "The closing figures show that we are on the right track. Proof of this is that the new 360º approach is receiving excellent received in the market and, above all, also in our team of professionals. The transformation is profound and there is still a long way to go. The value of people is capital." The people management services and solutions firm continued to demonstrate leadership in its sector with 43 new HCM clients in the medium-high segment, 96% of these in SaaS mode. On the other hand, the business is reaching significant maturity in the Cloud, having migrated 40% of its installed base portfolio, made up of more than 3,100 technology clients, to the cloud. Furthermore, the CEO confirms: "we continue with our expansion plan, combining organic and inorganic growth. New corporate operations are planned and the first of them, within the framework of this MWC24." Grupo Castilla is working on a path of double-digit growth planned for the coming months, to achieve a qualitative leap in results and achieve, this year, a turnover of €32M and an EBITDA of €6M.
