MONTREAL, April 9, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Syntax Systems, a leading global provider of technology solutions and services for the implementation and management of cloud applications, has announced the agreement reached with Cogniac Corporation, a company that develops an enterprise platform for AI-powered computer vision that enables companies to deliver optimized production and performance and accelerate the development of industrial applications. By joining forces, both organizations will improve the automation of manufacturing processes by integrating advanced computer vision capabilities.
This partnership will allow Syntax and Cogniac to offer innovative vision and business planning systems to their customer base in the automotive, electronics, construction and packaged food sectors, among others. Cogniac's machine vision platform, combined with Syntax's ERP, MES, PLC and IoT capabilities, significantly improves speed, accuracy and security, while seamlessly integrating with existing SAP Digital Manufacturing systems. This combination has been launched for the first time in a pilot project with Smart Press Shop, the first end-to-end integrated digital network production system between Porsche, Schuler, Syntax and Cogniac.
