BARCELONA, February 27, 2024.- After an investment of more than €8M in R&D and a product team of 14 professionals, the new application has been developed to respond to current market demand. Grupo Castilla, with proven solvency in the development of solutions for payroll management over the last 45 years, completes its technological portfolio with Innia. Thus, the company reinforces its leadership in Spain as an HCM Cloud Provider, SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms for human capital management. In fact, last month the first sale to an end customer materialized and this marks the start of the marketing plan, with an expected business volume of more than €2M in the first 24 months. Our new solution is completely scalable and the main benefits are usability, its AI capabilities and process orientation. The application is also integrated with all of Grupo Castilla's current new transversal modules such as Emplower (employee portal), GT (time management) and HR Analytics (dashboard), offering a complete, comprehensive and scalable. Starting today it is now available for new Private Company clients of up to 300 people. The objective is to continue growing, in phases, until 2026, to respond to the needs of Spanish companies in the medium and high segment of any sector of activity. In addition, starting in 2025, Innia will also be available to Public Administrations. Aware of the importance of talent, the firm plans to incorporate more than 200 people, in the field of knowledge and technology, over the next 2 years, to achieve a billing of 45M in 2026, consolidating a team of more than 500 professionals specialized in HR.
