A boozed-up bozo proved he wasn’t the smartest cookie when he allegedly offered to trade some vodka for Girl Scout cookies in Oklahoma.

Jerry Swanson, 45, was busted by police in Ardmore after trying to make the harebrained deal with Girl Scouts who were selling boxes at a mall last Saturday.

Police said Swanson was so drunk at the time, he had no clue what was going on.

“They were trying to sell their Girl Scout cookies and apparently a male subject approached them, asked them if he could trade vodka for Girl Scout cookies,” Ardmore Police Capt. Keith Ingle told KXII News.

None of the girls was hurt.

Swanson wasn’t carrying any bottles of alcohol on him at the time of his arrest but he did reek of booze.

“You shouldn’t say things like that to underage kids anyway, even if you are joking,” Ingle said.
