This acquisition of Dümmen Orange, a leading Netherlands-based floriculture company, includes all of Quick Plug's products, technologies and employees, as well as best-in-class facilities in the Netherlands, Canada and Oregon, USA. .

As the fourth acquisition in two years, and the second in three months, Profile's horticulture division is growing rapidly. The company will soon open a new manufacturing plant to further increase production.
