Tickets for meetings

Of course, the players and head coach Jean-François Houle feel the enthusiasm around the team.

"Since the start of the playoffs, we've had very good crowds," Houle said during his press briefing. It's something we've talked to our players about and they know it.

“You have to know how to manage our emotions, especially when the crowd gets involved. You don't have to be undisciplined. You have to know how to stay down to earth after a victory or a big goal.

Emotion everywhere

Among the players, they feel an effervescence on, but also outside the ice rink.

“The emotion, we feel it everywhere, mentioned Danick Martel. Even our neighbors came to see me to congratulate us. They follow us, but they are not people who usually follow hockey.

“They support a city team. They support a team that is close to home. We feel the support, that’s for sure.”

His teammate Alex Belzile agrees.

"It's pleasant. This is my fourth season with the Rocket and our first chance to make the playoffs. It's really special to play here. People know their hockey and they cheer in good times..

“They know what's going on. Elsewhere it's a bit different. We are truly privileged. It's really special what's happening with the Rocket."
