MÉRIDA, Feb. 15 (EUROPA PRESS) -

A fire in the tractor cabin of the train that covered the Cáceres-Madrid route has caused the 17 passengers it was transporting to continue to their destination on a bus provided by Renfe.

According to information from Extremadura 112, none of the passengers or convoy personnel have been injured.

The fire, already put out by firefighters from the provincial consortium of the Cáceres council, occurred around 7:12 a.m. at the Cañaveral station (Cáceres).

Members of the Civil Guard and local police have also attended the scene.
