The Oscars are considered most coveted film awards in world. Even a nomination is considered a special honor. Since 1929, highest award of Hollywood has been presented in different categories more than 3,000 times. The trophy – 34 centimeters high, a good four kilograms heavy and covered in gold – rewards best performances of previous year's productions. The first Oscar ever went to German actor Emil Jannings in 1929.

Last year, a breakdown caused a remarkable moment during ceremony. When awarding prize in main category of best film, presenters accidentally received a false envelope and incorrectly declared La La Land as winner instead of moonlight. Just before he handed over wrong envelope, an employee with his smartphone had put a photo of actress Emma Stone on Twitter and was so presumably distracted.

The academy wants to prevent such a faux this year and refore introduces new rules for ceremony. According to this, re should be additional personnel, furr checks and exercises for crisis, if a presenter to read wrong name. In addition, responsible employees are prohibited from using ir smartphones or social networks during hour-long show.
