The PORPRI-ML project, the key to change The project PORPRI-ML, designed by the artificial intelligence consultancy In2AI, is one of the keys to achieving data management and privacy for users. This project arises from In2AI's participation in the DAPSI project, funded by the European Union as part of the Horizon 2020 Program. The Dapsi project, based on R&D and technological innovation, sought to promote the development of user-centered solutions and data portability. This allowed In2AI to develop various initiatives in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, internet of things (IoT) and blockchain. Specifically, DAPSI supports initiatives that use artificial intelligence in an ethical and transparent manner, promoting solutions that guarantee user privacy while taking advantage of the benefits of technology. Based on the DAPSI project, In2AI has designed the PORPRI-ML project, which has been subsidized by the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) of the Xunta de Galicia. This project facilitates citizens, through the PORPRI-ML platform, the transmission of their data from one service provider to another in a very simple and direct way, Per to Per model, without intermediaries, allowing citizens to decide to whom offers your data and what compensation, monetary or not, you want to receive for them. One of the great advantages of the PORPRI-ML project, unlike individual companies that only have the data generated in their activity, is that users will have all the integrated data generated in the different companies that own them. This provides enormous power to the user, who will be able to "negotiate" with the data they wish to offer to the interested company, through the platform to be developed by In2AI. The system guarantees absolute "privacy" and compliance with the RGPD, the "buyer" of the data will never be able to know said data until the user decides to transfer it. The CEO of In2AI, Manuel Ruiz Aldereguia, explains that the challenge of this project is not is technological development, since In2AI has already demonstrated its capacity and know-how with the DAPSI project, the challenge is "obtaining the data by citizens, that is, for the companies that currently have the data to transfer it without inconveniences, and in an affordable format.
