This past year has been deeply marked by measures and actions of great social impact, especially the Christmas action of delivering gifts to a group of disadvantaged minors. The delivery has been framed in the group's Christmas Campaign in collaboration with Fundación Diversión Solidaria. In this way, each employee who wanted to participate has received a letter from a child at risk of social exclusion with the gift they would like to receive.

The initiative was framed in the group's Christmas Campaign in collaboration with Fundación Diversión Solidaria and materialized with the selfless delivery of more than 100 toys to disadvantaged children and at risk of social exclusion by the workforce. In this way, with the name 'The Magic of Christmas', each employee who wanted to participate has received a letter from a minor at risk of social exclusion with the gift they would like to receive. Solidarity, one of the strongest pillars of Hipoges' CSR, present, every year, on the servicer's agenda. Both internally and externally, a great effort has been made to promote values ​​such as solidarity, diversity and equality or inclusion.
