The Campari Academy was the organizer of the final together with Campari and Giuseppe Santamaria, Manager of the Campari Academy, was in charge of presenting the Gala. The final consisted of two challenges and had a specialized jury made up of the renowned bartender Luca Picchi, Giacomo Giannotti of the iconic Paradiso Cocktail Bar and the popularizer specialized in cocktails, Elvira Aldaz. The first challenge was the presentation of the "Negroni de Cine", a cocktail inspired by the world of cinema that unites two icons closely linked to Campari: the seventh art and the best-selling classic cocktail in the world. And finally, the presentation of the "Unexpected Negroni", in which the finalists had to improvise a Negroni with the ingredients they found in their "Red Mystery Box".

Elías Diéguez Páez, from Lovo Cocktail Bar (Madrid), won the prize of the Negroni Challenge 2023: "The Negroni Journey", a trip to Milan and Florence to visit the city of origin of the Italian aperitif with an immersive program in the world of Campari and learn up close the true history of the Negroni and its Florentine creator. The runner-up, Jasmine Manzoni from La Whiskería (Barcelona), the creator of the "Best Unexpected Negroni", also won the same award and will be able to enjoy the trip to Milan and Florence with Campari.

Likewise, all the finalists were able to show all their talent in the world of cocktails in a very close final. These were the three finalists: Erick Cruz López from Jacqueline Barcelona (Barcelona), Andrea Dimmito from Florería Atlántico (Barcelona) and Davide Norcini from Dr Stravinsky (Barcelona).

After knowing the winner, the event culminated with the participation of Luca Picchi as Guest Bartender of the night, and the iconic Campari Pianobar that offered live music, putting a final touch to the evening.
