A week after the massacre, everyday life is back at the school in Florida. At a meeting with all governors, US president Trump wants to talk about gun violence.

For first time since 17-dead massacre, students and teachers of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida have returned to ir school. The high school opened on Sunday for a voluntary day for "orientation" to facilitate a return to scene of bloody deed. Teachers should officially start again on Monday, and on Wednesday regular lessons will begin again.

Also on Sunday, US president Donald Trump announced that issue of security at schools will be main topic at a meeting with governors of all 50 US states this Monday. Previously, he had announced changes to inspections of arms buyers and armament VonLehrkräften, which is ultimately a matter for individual states.

This also encounters approval of US weapons lobby. NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch said that teachers and parents should freely decide wher teachers should be armed to protect schools.
