Pittsburgh Steelers assistant coach Joey Porter plans to plead guilty to a disorderly conduct citation stemming from his arrest last month, his attorney confirmed to NFL.com.

Porter is expected to make his plea in Allegheny Magisterial District Court (Pennsylvania) on Tuesday afternoon, Robert Del Greco said in a statement.

Porter was arrested Jan. 9 after he allegedly grabbed an officer's wrists after being denied entrance to a Pittsburgh bar by a bouncer. He was initially arrested on four charges, but the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office later only charged him with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness citations.

Each citation carries a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and a $500 fine, according to the Associated Press.
