The Jacques-Cartier Bridge will be closed to traffic from 8 p.m. Saturday evening to let pedestrians enjoy the fireworks.

It will be impossible to travel on the Jacques-Cartier Bridge between 8 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Saturday evening, in both directions. However, the Louis-Hippolyte-LaFontaine tunnel will be open to traffic from 6 p.m.

Only pedestrians will have access to the bridge in the evening to admire the fireworks. However, access will be maintained for emergency services.

Spectators are invited to bring their folding chair to fully enjoy the show. For smokers, it will be possible to smoke in the areas provided for this purpose only. Chemical toilets will also be available near the Jean-Drapeau Park exit ramp, towards Montreal.
