The storm has calmed down, but Hydro-Québec has still not reconnected tens of thousands of customers.

According to the state company's most recent report, more than 136,000 subscribers had still not found power.

The most affected regions are the Capitale-Nationale (40,634), Côte-Nord (17,632), Laurentides (11,262), Mauricie (12,341) and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean (20,282) .
