A major fire caused a lot of damage on Saturday in an auto parts store in Jonquière, in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.

The blaze started around midnight on the business on boulevard Saguenay, not far from rue Ste-Famille. According to the latest estimates from Saguenay firefighters, firefighters would have until noon to bring the fire under control. The causes of the event are still unknown.

Saguenay Boulevard is closed to traffic between Ste-Famille Street and St-François Xavier Street so that firefighters can finish their work.
