The Gatineau Police Service is asking for the public's help in locating a septuagenarian who has been missing since Saturday in Gatineau, Outaouais.

Florian Vanier, 78, was seen for the last time on July 30 around 7:15 p.m., as he left his residence in the Cheval-Blanc sector with his vehicle, a gray 2022 Toyota RAV4, which is registered Z51 YQZ in Quebec.

The man who is about 1.93m (6ft, 4in) tall and weighs nearly 84kg (185lbs) has brown eyes. He is bald. He was last seen wearing a blue and white checkered shirt.

The SPVG has indicated that Florian Vanier could be disoriented. His relatives fear for his safety.

Citizens who believe they see it are asked to contact the SPVG immediately at 819 246-0222.
