The Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) is asking for the public's help in locating Cindy Morel, 37, of Quebec.

Ms. Morel was last seen today around 10:30 a.m. in the Lac Saint-Charles area. She left in a gray 2015 "Volkswagen TIGUAN" vehicle, registration Y25 SEP. Authorities have reason to fear for her health and safety if she is not located quickly.

The lady is 5 feet 6 inches tall, she weighs 130 pounds with long brown hair and blue eyes. She has a tattoo sleeve on her right arm and she was wearing a black jacket at the time of her disappearance.

The SPVQ asks people who may have seen this person to dial 911 for immediate intervention. To transmit information that will be treated confidentially, the number is 418 641-AGIR (2447) and for people outside Quebec City, 1 888 641-AGIR, toll-free.
