On July 22 around 10 p.m., a call was made to the SPVG Emergency Center concerning a vehicle exhibiting erratic driving.

The directions given by the citizen enabled the police to intercept the vehicle, while it was parked in the parking lot of a business located on Pink Road in the Aylmer sector.

The driver, a 37-year-old man, was showing clear signs of alcohol intoxication when officers interviewed him.

The police then arrested him.

His driver's license was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was seized. The man was released on a promise to appear.
